Directions

The Public Market House is easily found as it is on Monument Square, on Congress Street, the main street of Portland. The Market House is located right across the square from the Time and Temperature building, visible from all sides on Portland’s Peninsula. If coming from I-95 either north or south, take Exit 6A from the interstate and proceed East along Forest Avenue until the street ends in a “t” intersection with Congress Street. Take a left and several blocks down on the right in Monument Square and the Market House. There is street parking on side streets and several parking garages, including one right off Monument Square to the left of the Market House.
